Weather
Autum has disappeared from the city, and has been replaced with the cold temperatures of winter. The air has turned considerably cool and light, with a whipping wind from time to time.

Eveningpaw padded along the side of the road, and did not see the car come hurtling out of nowhere. A twoleg hung out of its side, a gun in its hand and shooting it at a wailing police car. Eveningpaw leapt to the side, fur bristling, but the screeching tires hit her hind leg, turning it to a bloody, mangled, gory mass. She limped away and pressed against a building, bleeding heavily. "Help!" she cried hoarsely.

Eveningpaw staggered. "I...I don't know," she whined. "I saw a car come out of nowhere..." She clenched her teeth with pain as her wound pierced at her.

But it was too late. Eveningpaw's eyes glazed over for a final time, and she died.
